There have been reports of questionable solicitation practices involving companies such as FairGuide.com, Expo Guide, Construct Data Verlag, EU Business and Global Exhibit & Travel Arrangement LTD...
These companies mislead exhibitors by inviting them to sign up for an online directory and imposing multi-year payment commitments. These organizations can cause extreme damage and harm to the reputation of our industry.

Our advices :
 
  • PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THESE REQUESTS, IGNORE them COMPLETELY
  • DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM in any way
  • DO NOT PAY ANYTHING
  • DO NOT CONTACT THE FRAUDERS even when they threaten legal action
  • REPORT THEM to your local business practices monitoring services
These organizations are also known to use debt collection agencies, so the same advice applies to these agencies.
